Introduction and Professional Experience

Jerry Wang, Executive Vice President of Charles Dunn Real Estate Services, Inc., who is fluent in both English and Chinese, is an experienced professional of over 40 years in real estate management, asset management and brokerage. As a Senior and Executive Vice President for Charles Dunn Real Estate Services, Inc., Transamerica Life Insurance Company and Home Savings of America, Mr. Wang and his team have managed different types of commercial and residential properties, including low-rise, mid-rise and high rise office buildings, medical office buildings, industrial parks, strip malls, apartment complexes, mixed-use residential properties and regional shopping centers.. Mr. Wang and his team have also sold many different residential and commercial properties valuing over 10 billion dollars.

Since 1992, Mr. Wang has been a court-appointed receiver and referee for the Superior Courts of the State of California. His expertise is rent and profits, inventory liquidation, car wash, building code violations, medical receivable, equity and business operation receiverships. He has served in over 250 cases throughout numerous jurisdictions in Northern and Southern California with plaintiffs ranging from different lenders to individuals and institutions. During his tenure as a Receiver, Mr. Wang and his team have accomplished all tasks assigned to him by the Court. He has his team consistently submitted all supporting and necessary documents to the court, established a good reporting system and sold properties per the court instructions.  

Mr. Wang has overseen a staff of 7 along with other experienced attorneys, licensed contractors, forensic accountants and asset locators who specialize in receiverships and are highly skilled and cost efficient. His ability to understand clients’ needs and his vast business knowledge has contributed to his success in receivership cases.
