ASSOCIATES OF JERRY WANG RECEIVER

Jerry Wang occasionally supplements his own skills and experience with that of five associates whom he has assembled over the past ten years.  He uses their assistance only when it is likely to be both productive and cost effective.  Each of his associates has court fiduciary experience and a high degree of expertise in their respective field.

Joseph H. Tseng

 

Joseph Tseng is Managing Partner of Tseng, Hsu, Lan & Lin LLP.  He has also served as a Board Member of CTBC Bank since 2009 and Chair of the Audit & Compliance Committee since 2011.

 

Mr. Tseng has over 30 years of public and private industry experience in auditing, accounting, tax and consulting, specializing in forensic accounting, litigation support and expert witness work.  He has worked on over 130 civil and criminal cases during his career.  He has also been appointed by the Los Angeles Superior Court in several cases in the capacity of special master and referee, court’s accounting consultant, and receiver.

Paul Wintermute

 

Paul Wintermute is an accomplished business leader and commercial real estate expert with president, chief operating officer, investment officer, and board director experience.  His diverse real estate background includes successful leadership roles in institutional asset management, fee property management and leasing, commercial mortgage lending, and “Fortune 500” corporate real estate administration.

Terry Peterson

 

Terry Peterson entered the real estate and property management profession in Northern California in 1974 with Transamerica Real Estate Management Co.  He received his Certified Property Manager® designation in 1977,  became a licensed California Real Estate Broker in 1985 and founded a property management company in 1988.  He has managed multi-family apartments, shopping centers, office buildings, mobile home parks and self storage facilities.  His association with Jerry Wang began in 1988, when Mr. Wang was an asset manager at Home Savings of America charged with the responsibility of liquidating a large portfolio of REO properties.

Aye Thin

 

Aye Thin has more than six years of experience in medical practice management, and over ten years of experience in commercial and residential mortgage finance, and project management.

Ms. Thin is founder and principal of Zarny Inc., a medical practice management consultancy specializing in overall practice management, healthcare regulatory compliance, financial analysis, billing process review, revenue maximization and project management.  Since 2009, she has overseen day-to-day operations of a California internal medicine practice, and provided regular financial and risk management as well as staff training services.

Norman Racine

 

Norman Racine is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Virtual IT Shop, LLC.  Under his technical leadership, the company provides a broad range of IT services – from helpdesk through strategic planning – in Southern California.

​

Mr. Racine has, on occasion, performed computer forensic analysis and e-discovery investigation for Jerry Wang, Receiver.  One such project required Mr. Racine to crack server, desktop, and database passwords, and recover deleted accounting data.  After the data recovery Mr. Wang was able to seize sizable bank accounts and company assets.  All of the foregoing tasks were performed while maintaining excellent chain of custody records.
