Aye M. Thin

 

Aye Thin has more than six years of experience in medical practice management, and over ten years of experience in commercial and residential mortgage finance, and project management.

Ms. Thin is founder and principal of Zarny Inc., a medical practice management consultancy specializing in overall practice management, healthcare regulatory compliance, financial analysis, billing process review, revenue maximization and project management.  Since 2009, she has overseen day-to-day operations of a California internal medicine practice, and provided regular financial and risk management as well as staff training services.

Ms. Thin has a proven track record of increasing gross revenues, while decreasing accounts receivable.  She has also helped clients transform underperforming, deficient billing and collection systems and practice operations into an efficient and robust source of revenue.

Prior to founding her consultancy, Ms. Thin managed a team of business analysts responsible for project development lifecycle at J.P. Morgan Worldwide Securities Department. She successfully led several cross-functional projects in a fast-paced demanding environment.

Ms. Thin also has experience in residential and commercial lending. Earlier at American Home Mortgage, she managed a team that developed several risk-based underwriting models and underwriting guidelines for various mortgage products.

Ms. Thin received her MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and her BA in Biology from Scripps College.
